Email history

Use Email history to review individual emails from automations, manual sends, and test sends.

Open Emails > Email history to inspect what was sent, who received it, and how the email performed.

Filter email history

You can filter email history by:

  • Type
  • Status
  • Date range

Use Type to narrow the list to wishlist reminder, price drop alert, back in stock alert, low stock alert, manual send, or test email.

Use Status and Date range when you want to investigate failed emails, check recent sends, or review engagement for a specific period.

The history table shows:

  • To: the customer name and recipient email address.
  • Status: the latest email status.
  • Type: the automation or send source.
  • Time: the latest event time for that email.

Email statuses

Email history can include statuses such as:

  • Scheduled
  • Sent
  • Opened
  • Clicked
  • Skipped
  • Failed

The status helps you understand where each email is in the delivery and engagement flow. For example, an email can move from sent to opened or clicked as the shopper interacts with it.

Email details

Open an email from the history table to view Email details.

Email details include:

  • Customer and recipient information.
  • From address and recipient address.
  • Subject line and preview text.
  • Email type.
  • Email event timeline, including sent, opened, and clicked events.
  • A preview of the email content.

For opened and clicked events, the timeline can show useful context such as the shopper's device or the clicked link when that data is available.

Use Email details when you need to confirm exactly what was sent to a shopper.
