Email settings
Use Email settings to manage account-level email behavior for TValue: Wishlist.
Open Emails > Email settings to configure sending usage, price currency, translation behavior, and sender details.
Email sending usage
The Email sending usage section shows monthly email quota usage.
It shows:
- Emails sent in the current monthly cycle
- Monthly quota limit
- Quota reset date when available
If you need more email quota, contact us through chat in the app.
Price display currency code
Use Price display currency code to choose how prices are formatted in automation emails.
This is used for email content that displays product prices, such as price drop alerts, low stock alerts, and wishlist reminder product lists.
Smart Email Translation
Use Smart Email Translation to choose how TValue determines a shopper's preferred email language when a translated email template is available.
Available options are:
- Storefront locale
- Browser locale
- Country
For most stores, Storefront locale is the best default because it follows the language the shopper is using on your storefront.
This setting chooses the preferred language source. Template translations are managed from the email editor.
Sender settings
Use Sender settings to manage email sender information.
You can configure:
- Sender name
- Reply-to email address
- Cc email address
- Bcc email address
The Sender email address is shown as read-only. If you want to change the sender email or send from your brand email address, contact us through chat in the app.
If a custom sender is unavailable, TValue uses the app default sender and shows the reason in this section.
