Email templates

Use Email templates to manage the designs used by wishlist automations and manual sends.

Open Emails > Email templates to browse library templates and manage saved templates.

Email templates are reusable. After a template is saved, you can choose it from automation email settings or from a manual send.

Library​

The Library tab contains ready-to-use templates created for wishlist email use cases.

You can:

  • Search templates.
  • Filter templates by email type, such as wishlist reminder, price drop alert, back in stock alert, low stock alert, or manual send reminder.
  • Preview a library template.
  • Use a library template to create a saved copy for your store.

When you click Use template, TValue creates a saved copy and opens the email editor so you can customize it.

Saved templates​

The Saved templates tab contains templates you have saved for your store.

You can:

  • Search saved templates.
  • Sort templates by edited or created time.
  • Edit a template.
  • Rename a template.
  • Clone a template.
  • Preview a template.
  • Delete a template.

Each saved template shows when it was last edited. If the template has translations, the card can also show translation status.

Email editor​

Use the email editor to customize the email content and layout.

Common edits include:

  • Text, buttons, images, dividers, spacers, sections, and social links.
  • Product list blocks for wishlist products.
  • Discount blocks for adding a discount code or discount message to reminder emails and manual sends.
  • Colors, spacing, layout, and block-level style settings.
  • Links and personalization text.
  • Unsubscribe content.

Use Preview & test to check the email before using it in an automation or manual send.

Click Save after editing the template.

Template translation​

Saved templates can include translated versions when you need multilingual email content.

Use Translate in the email editor to create or manage Smart Translation for the template. You can translate the current template, review translated fields, manage languages, and save translation changes.
