Emails overview
The Emails area helps you turn wishlist activity into follow-up emails.
Use it to send automated wishlist emails, create one-time manual sends, manage email templates, review delivery history, and control unsubscribe preferences.
What you can manage
Open Emails in the app to access:
- Overview: review sent, opened, clicked, and failed emails for a selected date range.
- Automations: enable wishlist-driven email flows.
- Manual sends: create one-time email campaigns for selected wishlist customers.
- Email history: inspect sent, scheduled, failed, and other email events.
- Email templates: choose library templates or manage saved templates.
- Unsubscribe: review unsubscribed customers and customize unsubscribe pages.
- Email settings: manage quota, sender details, currency display, and Smart Email Translation.
Automation emails
TValue: Wishlist includes four wishlist email automations:
- Wishlist reminder: reminds shoppers about products they added to their wishlist.
- Price drop alert: notifies shoppers when a wishlisted product's price drops.
- Back in stock alert: notifies shoppers when a wishlisted product is available again.
- Low stock alert: warns shoppers when a wishlisted product is running low.
Each automation has its own status, trigger logic, email subject, sender settings, and template.
Manual sends
Use Manual sends when you want to send a one-time wishlist email campaign.
A manual send is built in steps:
- Choose recipients.
- Configure email content.
- Choose send time.
- Review and send.
Manual sends are useful when you want to follow up with a specific group of wishlist customers without changing your automated flows.
Email templates
Use Email templates to manage the email designs used by automations and manual sends.
The template area includes:
- Library: ready-to-use templates you can preview and use.
- Saved templates: templates you have saved, edited, cloned, renamed, or translated.
Templates can be edited in the email editor.
Email history and detail
Use Email history to inspect individual email events.
You can filter history by automation type, status, and date range. This helps you confirm whether emails were sent, scheduled, opened, clicked, or failed.
Open an email from the history table to view Email details.
Email details include:
- Customer and recipient information
- From address, recipient address, subject line, and preview text
- Email type, such as wishlist reminder or price drop alert
- Email event timeline, including sent, opened, and clicked events
- A preview of the email content that was sent or scheduled
Unsubscribe
Use Unsubscribe to review customers who opted out of email topics and to customize the unsubscribe experience.
The unsubscribe area includes:
- Unsubscribed customers: customers grouped by unsubscribed email topics.
- Unsubscribe pages: storefront pages for confirmation, preferences, and success states.
Email settings
Use Email settings for account-level email behavior:
- Review monthly email sending usage.
- Set the currency used for price display in emails.
- Choose how Smart Email Translation determines the shopper's preferred language.
- Manage sender name, reply-to, Cc, and Bcc.
