Unsubscribe

Use Unsubscribe to review email opt-outs and customize the unsubscribe experience.

Open Emails > Unsubscribe to manage unsubscribed customers and unsubscribe pages.

The Unsubscribe area has two tabs:

  • Unsubscribed customers
  • Unsubscribe pages

Unsubscribed customers

The Unsubscribed customers tab shows customers who opted out of one or more email topics.

The table shows:

  • Customer: customer name and email address.
  • Unsubscribed topics: the email topics the customer opted out of.
  • Last unsubscribed: the most recent unsubscribe time.

You can filter the list by Topics and Date range.

Email topics

Unsubscribe topics can include:

  • Wishlist reminder
  • Price drop alert
  • Back in stock alert
  • Low stock alert
  • Other campaigns

This lets shoppers unsubscribe from specific wishlist email types instead of treating every email as one single preference.

Unsubscribe pages

The Unsubscribe pages tab lets you customize the pages shoppers see during the unsubscribe flow.

The editable pages are:

  • Confirm: confirms the store and email topic before the shopper unsubscribes.
  • Preferences: lets the shopper manage topic-level email preferences.
  • Success: shown after the shopper updates their preference.

Use the segmented control to switch between pages, then click Edit to change the page content and display settings.

Page content

Depending on the selected page, you can edit fields such as:

  • Heading
  • Message
  • Primary action label
  • Secondary action label
  • Store label
  • Topic label
  • Topic titles and descriptions on the Preferences page

Common display settings

Common settings apply across the unsubscribe pages.

You can configure:

  • Logo
  • Background color
  • Text color
  • Accent color
  • TValue: Wishlist branding
