Omnisend

The Omnisend integration sends customer and wishlist event data from TValue: Wishlist to Omnisend.

Use the events as automation triggers in Omnisend, then build the timing, conditions, and messages that should follow each wishlist action.

What enabling the integration does

Enabling the integration starts sending the wishlist events you select. It does not create or activate an Omnisend automation for you.

TValue's built-in email automations remain separate from automations managed in Omnisend.

Connect your Omnisend account

  1. In Omnisend, open Store settings > API.
  2. Click Create API Key.
  3. Enter a name that identifies the TValue connection.
  4. Select Events permissions.
  5. Create the key and copy it.
  6. In TValue: Wishlist, open Integrations > Omnisend.
  7. Paste the key into API key, then click Connect.
  8. Turn on Enable integration and save.

The page shows Connected when the API key is ready. If Omnisend reports that the key is invalid or revoked, create a new key and reconnect.

Choose the events sent to Omnisend

Configure the events under Event settings.

EventWhen TValue prepares it
Wishlist Item AddedA shopper adds a product to their wishlist.
Wishlist Item RemovedA shopper removes a product from their wishlist.
Wishlist ReminderThe reminder delay ends and eligible wishlist items are grouped into one event.
Wishlist Item Price DropA wishlisted product reaches the configured price-drop percentage.
Wishlist Item Back In StockA wishlisted product becomes available again.
Wishlist Item Low StockA wishlisted product reaches the configured stock quantity.

Events can be sent for logged-in customers and for guests who have submitted an email address. Guests without an email cannot be identified as an Omnisend contact for these sends.

Wishlist Reminder controls how long items are collected before one event is sent. Price Drop and Low Stock use their own percentage and quantity thresholds. The currency setting controls how product prices are formatted in event data.

Send a test event

Send a test before building the final automation:

  1. Click the test action beside an event.
  2. Select the required customer and product data.
  3. Review the event data shown by TValue.
  4. Send the event and confirm it arrives in Omnisend.

Testing helps you verify the event name and available properties before you reference them in Omnisend conditions or message content.

Build the automation in Omnisend

In Omnisend, create an automation using the corresponding TValue custom event as the trigger.

Use the event properties to control conditions and personalize the message. Keep the timing in TValue and Omnisend intentional: Wishlist Reminder can already wait and group products before the event is sent, while immediate events such as Item Added can be delayed inside Omnisend if needed.

Add wishlist products to an Omnisend email

Open Email templates in the Omnisend integration to preview the available product layouts.

Choose a prebuilt layout or customize a product block for the event, then copy the generated HTML into the custom HTML area used by your Omnisend message. Preview and test the complete email in Omnisend before enabling the automation.

Review Omnisend event logs

Open Event logs to review real and test sends. Filter by event type, status, or date range.

Open a log to see the customer, product or wishlist details, event properties, and any failure or skip reason. TValue's event log confirms the data submitted by the app; Omnisend's automation activity shows how that event was processed afterward.
