Activity logs
The Activity logs report is the event-level history of how shoppers use TValue: Wishlist on your storefront.
Use it when aggregate totals are not enough and you need to understand what happened, which shopper or product was involved, and when the action occurred.
Activities recorded by TValue: Wishlist
Open Reports > Activity logs to review events such as:
- Added to wishlist
- Removed from wishlist
- Clicked Add to cart
- Completed checkout
- Clicked product link
- Clicked sign-in button
- Clicked Go to cart
- Opened wishlist popup
An activity can include the shopper, product, device, event time, and additional details relevant to that action.
Follow a shopper journey
A sequence of events can show how wishlist intent develops. For example, a shopper may open the wishlist popup, click a saved product, return later, move it to cart, and complete checkout.
Not every journey contains every event, and an event does not by itself prove that the wishlist caused a purchase. The timeline gives you the recorded context needed to investigate the path.
Filter the activity timeline
Filter by activity type, product, event date, customer last activity, market, or customer type.
Use a narrow set of filters when you want to:
- Confirm that a storefront wishlist action was recorded
- Review activity for a specific product
- Trace recent actions from a customer or guest
- Investigate the events connected with a wishlist-attributed order
For a customer-centered timeline, open the shopper from Customers.
