Customers

The Customers report brings each shopper's wishlist items, activity, and wishlist-attributed orders into one place.

It includes both logged-in customers and guests captured by TValue: Wishlist. It is therefore focused on people with wishlist data, not every customer in your Shopify admin.

Compare wishlist customers

Open Reports > Customers to compare:

  • Wishlist items: products the shopper currently has saved.
  • Wishlist activities: recorded actions across the wishlist experience.
  • Orders: orders from the shopper that include wishlist-attributed items.
  • Last activity: the shopper's most recent wishlist activity.

Search by email, first name, last name, or phone number. You can also filter by customer last activity, activity date, market, and customer type.

Sort by wishlist items, wishlist activities, or orders to find shoppers with the strongest wishlist engagement.

Understand a customer in detail

Open a customer to review their wishlist history without moving between separate reports.

The customer detail page can include:

  • Contact information for the customer or guest
  • Country, locale, and timezone when available
  • Most recent wishlist activity
  • Total current wishlist items and recorded activities
  • Wishlist tags
  • Current saved products and variants
  • A chronological wishlist activity timeline

Country is detected from the IP address associated with the shopper's latest activity. Storefront locale, browser locale, and browser timezone are also taken from the latest activity when available. These fields can remain unknown when the information is not available.

Use Activity logs when you need to investigate activity across multiple shoppers, or Orders when you want to focus on purchases.
