Products

The Products report turns individual wishlist actions into a product-level view.

Use it to identify products shoppers save most often, compare saved interest with add-to-cart activity, and see which products appear in wishlist-attributed orders.

Understand the product metrics

Open Reports > Products. Use Edit columns to choose the metrics you want to compare.

Add to wishlistNumber of recorded add-to-wishlist activities.
Remove from wishlistNumber of recorded remove-from-wishlist activities.
Remove rateRemove-from-wishlist activities divided by add-to-wishlist activities.
Add to cartNumber of recorded add-to-cart activities from the wishlist experience.
OrdersNumber of orders for the product that include wishlist-attributed items.
Orders / Add to cartOrders divided by recorded add-to-cart activities for the product.

Wishlisted is a current saved-item count. The activity and order columns describe recorded behavior, so they answer a different question. A product can have many historical additions even if fewer shoppers still have it saved today.

Compare products for a specific period

Search by product title, then filter the report by activity date, customer last activity, market, or customer type.

Sort by any visible metric. For example:

  • Sort by Wishlisted to find products with the most current saved interest.
  • Sort by Add to wishlist to compare how often products were saved during the selected filters.
  • Sort by Remove rate to find products shoppers frequently reconsider.
  • Sort by Orders to review products connected with wishlist-attributed purchases.

Expand a product to view the same metrics for its individual variants. This is useful when color, size, or another variant changes wishlist behavior.
